During my time here, I had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people who made my experience truly rewarding. The majority of the staff are kind, helpful, and supportive. I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to interact with and assist the guests.
However, I would advise future workers to be mindful of certain dynamics in the kitchen. While most of the team is welcoming, there are some individuals who can be very difficult to work with. I recommend approaching these situations with patience and reaching out to the management of you have any issues.
Overall, my experience was largely positive, thanks to the kindness of my coworkers. I am very grateful for the time I spent at Oyado Koto no Yume and the memories I made there.

高山ラーメンは、主に岐阜県高山市で食べられているご当地グルメで、飛騨高山ラーメンや、飛騨ラーメンとも呼ばれています。 和風だしの醤油スープに、細めの縮れ麺が入っているのが主な特徴で、店舗により鶏ガラ、魚介、野菜、椎茸などをベースにした独特の醤油スープでラーメンを提供しています。
高山の市街地２カ所で毎朝開かれている朝市。 宮川朝市は、当初高山別院の前で行われていたましたが、戦後に露天商も加わり、安川通りへと延びていきました。 その後、現在の宮川沿いへと移っています。 農家さんの作った野菜や果物、漬け物など四季を感じる旬な食材を買うことができます。
